Hey there! I'm Ashley. I have been a licensed esthetician, permanent makeup artist, and business owner for seven years and counting, and I am also a licensed esthetics instructor. Since I began my career, I have always sought the best possible treatments to provide my clients with the results they desire. As many beauty professionals know, numerous concerns that clients bring to us cannot be addressed through facials alone. This realization led me down the path of advanced treatments, and I am grateful for that journey. I am a highly technical person who loves diving into the intricate science of the skin and the treatments we perform, and I strive to share that information in an easy-to-digest, condensed version. Teaching has always felt like a calling to me; I genuinely believe that with the right esthetics training and support, anyone can learn a new skill or treatment and elevate their business to the next level. While I am incredibly passionate about high-level education, I am also dedicated to providing support within our industry. It can be challenging to navigate, but with the right education and encouragement, I truly believe this can be an incredible environment for everyone who is passionate about what they do. Hi, I’m Niki! I have been a licensed esthetician in Meridian ID for 6 years and am truly passionate about this industry. Four years ago, I started my medspa in a compact 100 square foot room, and within two years, I grew from a solo esthetician to a successful multiple 6-figure business. I completed a commercial build on my own 2000 sq foot medspa and now manage a building full of renters and employees. All of this was accomplished while being a wife and mother, an avid bodybuilder, and completing several romantic fantasy series. I am dedicated to elevating this industry as a whole and helping the next generation of beauty professionals understand that this is a legitimate career path, worthy of serious consideration, not just a stepping stone for those who may not pursue a four-year degree. With hard work, dedication, and structured esthetics training, this profession can provide immense joy, compassion, and financial freedom. The industry offers so much potential, and we are evolving beyond simply being “just” an esthetician, cosmetologist, or barber.
